My Chinese food was left out for overnight (13 hours). Can I still eat it?

The room it was in had a normal room temperature and I just reheated it for 3 minutes in the microwave.
What are the risk of me eating it? I
Your body is a lot more resilient than you think, but the biggest risk, I would think, is the rice. A bacteria called Clostridium Difficile can grow on rice when it is improperly refridgerated. It can cause stomach cramps, nausea but mostly diarrhoea. If you reheated it thoroughly though, it should probably be fine.
Saying this, my parents always used to leave their indian takeaway out overnight, and us kids would finish it cold in the morning. I'm still here. I imagine you are too!!

Lord’s
