How could i attatch strands of beads to side of a bikini?
i'm sewing a bikini and i have a bunch of beads and extra stong elastic thread to make the strands of beads. I want to attatch it to the hip part of the bikini bottom (instead of having it tie) could i just sew the ends of the stretch thread to the suit? or will that not work?
to give you a better idea of what i mean with where i want to attatch the bead strands and the affect i want here's a picture.. now this suit has chains on the side not beads with elastic like i'm doing so i see how it is attatched in the picture but how would i do something like that with elastic?
