What can I do about dark rough knees?
I've had this problem for years but never really did anything about it. For the past year I have been using pumice stone and moisturizer. Although it has helped a bit there just has to be something better that works faster. Although they are not rough anymore and have gotten a little bit lighter I need another remedy.

A very effective treatment to lighten elbow and knees is to make a paste of milk cream, a dash of turmeric, and 3 drops of basil leaf extract. Put on this paste on the darkened regions and leave it overnight and wash off next morning. Repeat for a week to find great results.
